  Dump yeah I think every state should have a place like this. Just drive up to the window and order a drink. You can even pay for extra shots. Then you just drive around drinking getting intoxicated. And when you run out no need to get out to go get another one. Just pull through the drive thru and order another. Until you cause an accident. Wow what a great thing too have. I wonder how that was even approved to be a business. I guess the cops were really bored or the city really needs money to let this go on. Just build another bar wow
