  I highly recommend this gym! I dropped in while on vacation and was impressed with the logical sequence of instruction and the hospitality towards visitors. Professor Jaime Gomez is calm and encouraging and breaks the techniques down to simple, easy to replicate moves. We were shown a sweep, allowed to drill that and then taught a submission if the sweep fails and allowed adequate time to drill prior to rolling. Very female friendly also. The gym is spacious and clean.
