  I have had nothing but bad service with this particular office. I asked to have me mail held for four weeks in 2016, but when I returned, my mailbox was stuffed to overflowing. I have since moved out and attempted to have a package forwarded to me out of state. The best I can figure out, is that the package has bounced between Lake Charles and Lafayette at least two times. The delivery information stops at Lafayette, but I can't get anyone to pick up the phone in Lake Charles. The worst federal service I've ever dealt with.
