  Horrible customer service. None of the employees seemed to be well-trained. I needed a new phone & before anything I asked was my last phone paid off, employee said yes, I proceeded to get another phone. I got the phone & the guy said that since I was getting the phone, there was a special promo where I would get a free Bluetooth headset. I didn't need it, but took it because he said it was free. The next month, my phone bill was through the roof!!! I called customer service to see why. My last phone was no where near paid off, the so-called "free Bluetooth headset" was not free at all, & I was paying the cost of 2 phones plus the headset that I never used.

  Fast service and the lady that helped me was very friendly. I will definitely be going back.
